Selective Refining Residual Extract (PN-6k) Plasticizer Oil NZMP
— a heavy petroleum extract from selective refining, obtained after the selective refining of naphthenic and paraffinic fractions. Intended for softening rubber and polymer compounds, stabilizing their physical properties, and improving the elasticity of finished products. It features high viscosity and excellent adhesion, and is used as an oil base in the production of mastics, sealants, as well as a component in anti-corrosion coatings and bitumen emulsions.
Applications:
• Softener in rubber compounds (tire industry, technical rubber goods). Intended for softening rubber and polymer compounds, stabilizing their physical properties, and improving the elasticity of finished products;
• Plasticizer for greases and pastes;
• Additive in heavy industrial lubricants;
• Component in vibration-damping and sealing compositions;
• Bitumen and anti-corrosion mastics;
• Sealants and sealing compounds;
• Component of pastes and slurries for road construction.
