Selective Refining Residual Extract (PN-6sh) Plasticizer Oil OZSM
— a concentrate of aromatic hydrocarbons, used as a plasticizer oil for rubber products. It is produced by compounding extracts from the selective refining of petroleum oil fractions. Intended for softening rubber and polymer compounds, stabilizing their physical properties, and improving the elasticity of finished products. It has high viscosity and excellent adhesion, and is used as an oil base in the production of mastics, sealants, as well as a component in anti-corrosion coatings and bitumen emulsions.
Applications:
• Softener in rubber compounds (tire industry, technical rubber goods). Intended for softening rubber and polymer compounds, stabilizing their physical properties, and improving the elasticity of finished products;
• Plasticizer for greases and pastes;
• Additive in heavy industrial lubricants;
• Component in vibration-damping and sealing compositions;
